我国台湾地区消费者债务清理管理人制度研究——兼谈对我国大陆个人破产管理人制度的借鉴

随着我国大陆社会经济发展，个人破产制度的建立已是大势所趋，有必要对个人破产管理人进行探究。我国台湾地区在“双卡风暴”的背景下颁布了针对消费者的《消费者债务清理条例》，构建了个人破产制度，通过对《条例》中关于管理人的内容分析，可以发现其具有自身特点：法律地位上的财团代表属性，设立上的简单化，选任上基于个人债权债务关系的考量，职责的程序性和维持性，酬劳的绝对保障性，监督的严厉性等，对我国大陆个人破产管理人体系的构建具有借鉴意义。     

城市公共艺术与文化软实力的对接关系研究——以广州为例

文化软实力是一个国家除军事经济之外让别人主动接近的吸引力,城市公共艺术也是一种与大众有亲缘关系的艺术形态。某种程度上说,城市公共艺术是文化软实力在艺术领域的一种显象。广州城市公共艺术在器物层、行为层、制度层诠释了文化软实力的静态和动态的维度。     

以服务基层为导向的全科医学人才培养模式的探索

当前，我国基层卫生技术人员队伍建设相对滞后，已经成为制约基层卫生机构发展的瓶颈。医学院校充分发挥人才培养职能，积极探索符合基层医疗服务特点的全科医生培养模式，对推动我国基层医疗卫生服务质量的提高，促进我国医药卫生体制改革的深化具有重要作用。本文对现阶段我国全科医学人才培养中存在的问题进行了分析，介绍了开展全科医学教育的重要意义，并结合辽宁医学院的工作实践，提出了以服务基层为导向的全科医学人才培养的建议和措施。     

The household inventory as urban ‘theatre’ in late medieval Burgundy

In 1413 at the death of his wife Guillemot, Jean Aubert, a group of witnesses and a clerk of the local mayoralty met to value the possessions of their residence, resulting in an inventory full of notes and values on rooms and their objects. Within the existing historiography of the Burgundian Netherlands and its northern European neighbours, inventories and their objects tend to be analysed from two perspectives: the Burgundian court and the ‘consumer revolution’. Applying insights from Erving Goffman and Bruno Latour, this article suggests a third perspective should have priority: the urban ‘theatre’ within which objects were documented and placed. Therefore it sets up an alternate methodology which begins with the inventory to build a picture of the theatre (the urban context and residence), the actors (the Aubert family) and the audience (the witnesses of the inventory) to establish new insights into the operation of Burgundian power and the dynamics of the ‘consumer revolution’.     

多拉格朗日乘子情形下影子价格的判别和计算

非线性优化模型中经常出现多重Lagrange乘子现象，导致决策者错误地计算资源的影子价格.本文针对该问题指出最小欧几里得范数的Lagrange乘子是影子价格.同时，还提出了一个无约束优化模型用以求解最小欧几里得范数 Lagrange乘子，该无约束优化模型可以通过经典的非光滑优化算法求解.最后，本文提出一个基于次梯度的算法求解影子价格，该算法是次线性收敛的，且计算时间与约束条件的个数及自变量的个数线性相关.     

融资融券交易行为及其收益可预测性研究

2010 年融资融券业务的开通，不仅为中国市场投资者引入卖空机制，同时也为投机性交易者提供杠杆放大机制． 不同于以往主要从制度变迁视角研究卖空机制， 本文从微观行为视角，系统研究信用账户投资者融资融券交易行为及其市场可预测性． 基于 2011 年 12 月 ～ 2015年 8 月的样本数据，研究发现，信用账户投资者在股票价格上涨后增加融资买入， 而在股票价格下跌后提高融券卖出，即采取“追涨杀跌”的投资策略． 进一步研究表明， 融资交易能预测正的未来收益，而融券交易能预测负的未来收益． 此外，融资交易提高了未来股价崩盘风险，融券交易则可以降低未来股价崩盘发生的可能性． 本文的研究揭示了中国市场投资者融资融券微观交易行为及其市场影响，并为进一步规范发展融资融券业务提供理论依据．     

居民养老保险:参保主体、筹资与待遇水平

本文从参保结构、筹资水平和待遇水平等3个方面对城乡居民养老保险制度进行了分析。研究发现,在参保结构方面,伴随着城镇化率的提高,居民养老保险参保人数的相对比例在下降;在筹资水平方面,个人缴费水平过低,其主要原因是财政补贴资金激励性不足,从而需要在进一步提高财政补贴的同时,优化补贴结构,提高对个人缴费的激励作用;在待遇方面,居民养老金总体水平较低、但增长幅度较大,与职工待遇相比,替代率的差距要远远小于绝对额的差距。     

双向搭便车下双渠道零售商服务努力水平决策

全渠道营销背景下,零售商提供的服务同产品本身的特性一样影响着顾客需求。由于双渠道零售商线上线下两个渠道之间存在服务搭便车效应,文章考虑服务成本和渠道价格竞争关系,研究不同实体和网络渠道关系下双向搭便车行为对产品售价和服务努力水平的影响,并提出零售商最优服务努力水平的决策策略。     

Inference and optimal design of multiple constant-stress testing for generalized half-normal distribution under type-II progressive censoring

The generalized half-normal (GHN) distribution and progressive type-II censoring are considered in this article for studying some statistical inferences of constant-stress accelerated life testing. The EM algorithm is considered to calculate the maximum likelihood estimates. Fisher information matrix is formed depending on the missing information law and it is utilized for structuring the asymptomatic confidence intervals. Further, interval estimation is discussed through bootstrap intervals. The Tierney and Kadane method, importance sampling procedure and Metropolis-Hastings algorithm are utilized to compute Bayesian estimates. Furthermore, predictive estimates for censored data and the related prediction intervals are obtained. We consider three optimality criteria to find out the optimal stress level. A real data set is used to illustrate the importance of GHN distribution as an alternative lifetime model for well-known distributions. Finally, a simulation study is provided with discussion.     

Optimal design of repetitive group sampling plans for Weibull and gamma distributions with applications and comparison to the Birnbaum–Saunders distribution

In this paper, we propose a multiple deferred state repetitive group sampling plan which is a new sampling plan developed by incorporating the features of both multiple deferred state sampling plan and repetitive group sampling plan, for assuring Weibull or gamma distributed mean life of the products. The quality of the product is represented by the ratio of true mean life and specified mean life of the products. Two points on the operating characteristic curve approach is used to determine the optimal parameters of the proposed plan. The plan parameters are determined by formulating an optimization problem for various combinations of producer's risk and consumer's risk for both distributions. The sensitivity analysis of the proposed plan is discussed. The implementation of the proposed plan is explained using real-life data and simulated data. The proposed plan under Weibull distribution is compared with the existing sampling plans. The average sample number (ASN) of the proposed plan and failure probability of the product are obtained under Weibull, gamma and Birnbaum–Saunders distributions for a specified value of shape parameter and compared with each other. In addition, a comparative study is made between the ASN of the proposed plan under Weibull and gamma distributions.
